Position: Training and Development Manager

Vessel: Passenger

Contract: 3 months

Requirements:

Previous experience in a Training & Development role, preferably in a luxury ship and/ or luxury hotel setting
Proficiency in English is mandatory, with excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with local authorities and guests. Knowledge of Arabic and/or additional languages is a plus
Proven training and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team with multiple nationalities; Train the trainer qualification
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail with a focus on HR and Training processes
Proficiency in Training and e-Learning platforms
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment
Understanding of shipboard safety and security protocols and the ability to ensure compliance
